One Piece Card Game OP-18, "The Dominance of God," is the second booster set of the game's 4th anniversary year, following OP-17 in August. It brings the Water Seven arc and the Holy Knights of God to the card game, adds a long list of new Leaders, and includes guest artwork from legendary illustrator Yoshitaka Amano. Here is everything we know so far, from the release date to the chase cards.

Last updated: October 23, 2026. We update this guide as Bandai confirms more details.

What's in This Guide

OP-18 Release Date

The official English site lists OP-18 as available November 20, 2026. The Japanese release is listed for November 21, 2026. Like OP-17, this is a near-simultaneous global release, so English-language players get the set at the same time as Japan.

Per Bandai's tournament rules, OP-18 cards become tournament legal seven days after release. Local game stores can run events with the new cards starting from the pre-release date. Release dates can still shift until Bandai finalizes them, and we will update this page if anything changes.

What Is OP-18 About?

OP-18 is built around two themes: the Water Seven arc and the Holy Knights of God, the World Government's elite order. Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock make their One Piece Card Game debut in this set, and Water Seven favourites like Franky and Nico Robin return with new support.

It is the second booster of the game's 4th anniversary celebration. If you missed the first one, read our OP-17 "The World's Strongest Warriors" guide or the OP-17 metagame report.

OP-18 Leaders

The set contains six Leader cards:

Leader Card number Colour
Karoo OP18-001 Red / Blue
Franky OP18-021 Green / Purple
Monkey D. Luffy OP18-022 Green
Miss All Sunday OP18-041 Blue
Gunko OP18-060 Purple / Black
Spandam To be confirmed Black / Yellow

Franky and Gunko both have reported parallel versions. Leader details come from early reveals and can change before release. Spandam's card number is still unconfirmed because early reports list different numbers, so we will update it once Bandai publishes the official card list.

Chase Cards and Special Art

  • Gunko (OP18-065, Super Rare) with the new God's Knights Super Parallel, a rarity described as the top tier of the 4th anniversary.
  • Nico Robin (OP18-031, Super Rare) with a Super Parallel (comic parallel) version.
  • Yoshitaka Amano guest artwork on two large characters, reported to be Loki and Saint Shamrock (OP18-119), each in a standard and a foil parallel. Amano is best known for his work on the Final Fantasy series.

Chase details come from early reveals and can change before release. We will add the full list of top cards here once the set is out.

Should You Pre-Order OP-18?

If you collect, the combination of the new God's Knights Super Parallel, the Amano artwork and the anniversary branding makes this a set worth securing at release. Pre-ordering locks in your box before launch week. If you mostly play, the set's new Leaders, especially Karoo, Franky, Luffy, Miss All Sunday, Gunko and Spandam, are what to watch as full card text gets revealed. Singles are a practical way to pick up just the cards your deck needs.
